Mac is a nutrition and fitness tracking app that allows you to log meals, track macronutrients, set health goals, and interact with an AI-powered nutrition coach.
The AI Nutrition Coach is not a medical professional. All advice, suggestions, and information provided by the AI coach are for general informational and educational purposes only. The AI coach does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations.
You should not rely on the AI coach as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider, physician, or registered dietitian with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition, dietary needs, or nutrition plan.
If you have or suspect you have a medical condition, an eating disorder, food allergies, or any health concern, consult a healthcare professional before acting on any information provided by the AI coach.
Nutritional data displayed in the app (calories, macros, micronutrients) is sourced from third-party databases and AI analysis. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all nutritional information is complete or error-free. Users with medical dietary requirements should verify nutritional data independently.
Certain features, including the AI Nutrition Coach, require a user account and an active subscription. Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mac and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to any health outcomes resulting from following AI-generated suggestions or nutritional data displayed in the app.
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
